Experience:

Greening America Board

Following the successful "Greening of the White House" project in 1993, some of the team members involved in this effort established Greening America, a non-profit foundation that promotes energy conservation and sustainable design. The foundation educates the public about the benefits of developing alternative energy resources and encourages energy efficiency efforts within corporations and federal agencies. Among other projects, Greening America coordinates the “You Have the Power” campaign, which annually highlights energy efficiency successes and energy champions in a number of federal agencies. Bill Browning serves on the foundation’s board of directors, and also advises on some of their educational campaigns. Detailed Terrapin Case Studies are available in the Workroom, our private extranet full of detailed information and resources to help you make an informed decision.
