We’re proud to share that Terrapin was recognized by the City of New York as an Honoree in the 2015 Best for NYC Campaign in the Workers category in Manhattan! The campaign inspires NYC businesses to improve jobs, strengthen communities, and preserve the environment. It is a citywide movement of people using business as a force for good.
As an Honoree, we earned one of the top scores for Workers among participating businesses on the B Impact Assessment, a comprehensive assessment that measured our impact on our employees, our community, and the environment. We are proud of our commitment to our employees, and as partner Chris Garvin said,
Our people make our work outstanding!”
Best for N
YC, launched by the New York City Economic Development Corporation and powered by B Lab, is the first-ever municipally-led impact campaign. We are among 1,200 other business across the five boroughs who participated in this year’s campaign, and we’re excited that New York is leading the way in redefining the role of businesses in the city.
Congratulations to all the businesses who participated in the 2015 campaign, we’re proud to be counted among companies who are working to be Best for NYC!
