Bill’s session, “Biophilia: The Next Phase of Occupant Comfort”, is part of the Green Voice Sessions hosted by NEWH. The session will be held November 13 and moderated by Becca Dobosh, an Associate at SERA Architects.

In the session, Bill will discuss Terrapin’s ongoing research, in collaboration with Interface and Gensler, to explore the effects of biophilic design on guest experience and user trends in the hospitality industry. He will share insights from the study including how biophilia can impact differentials in room rates, as well as use patterns in common spaces. Learn more about the research before Bill’s session here.
